HIIT - high impact interval training
Fat Burning workouts that will increase your metabolism and focus on toning the whole body and burning ALOT of fat. Classes include warm up followed by group circuit or individual work. Potential to burn up to 500 calls plus per class.
HIIT programme that burns fat and calories and targets specific body parts. The format is small groups doing short bursts of high energy exercises, rotating exercise by exercise. Exercises include jacks, plank, squat jumps.
Pilates & Fitness Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.
Fitness Pilates works along a similar structure but works the body as a kinetic chain. Posture, core strength and muscle imbalances are the main concerns.
JC Box Fit
This is a fun, high energy class using pads and gloves. We work in pairs and include skipping, running and partner drills. Great way to burn calories!
20 mins of cardio aerobics based and then conditioning work for arms, legs, butt and core - finishing with a good stretch out.
A fun and dynamic cardio and toning class using the fitball. Based on interval training it involves one minute intervals of work and 30 secs of rest.
Total body toning class to lengthen and strengthen major muscles, using resistance tools such as bands.

Personal training is perfect for you if you want a bespoke and personalised fitness programme. We run small group and individual personal training programmes as well as offering themed packages based around goal achievement. Training is usually once or twice a week with a JC Fitness trainer for a period of time to achieve your goal or goals.
