
Public Speaking and Workplace Wellbeing
A few years ago, my life changed overnight.
I suffered 2 serious strokes that left me unable to walk or speak properly.
The life I had built through sport, coaching and business suddenly felt uncertain.
But that moment became the start of a new journey.
Step by step, I rebuilt my health, confidence and strength.
I returned to training and competing and representing my Country again.
I won medals on the International stage but I also learnt powerful lessons about resilience, mindset and the strength we all have when faced with adversity .
Today, I combine that personal journey with over 25 years of experience within coaching, health, wellbeing and high performance sport to deliver talks that inspire both individuals and organisations to think differenly about teamwork, resilience, mindset and wellbeing.
