Here at Janette Cardy Fitness, personal training is not a one shoe fits all. We adopt a view that every training plan needs to be individualised and unique to you. This makes getting the results you want so much easier than when you get a generic plan or advice down at the gym. We truly care about being as supportive and helpful as possible for you. Where do we do it?

We have the use of several different gyms across Oxfordshire. Obviously, with COVID we have had to adapt how we run our personal training sessions. Our sessions are now run over ZOOM; which has proven highly successful, with tremendous results for our clients.

Our training can be done as a 1:1 session or if you want to have a session as a group of 2/3 we can accommodate this too.
