Here at Janette Cardy Fitness, personal training is not a one shoe fits all. We adopt a view that every training plan needs to be individualised and unique to you. This makes getting the results you want so much easier than when you get a generic plan or advice down at the gym. We truly care about being as supportive and helpful as possible for you. No matter what your goal we are more than happy to talk to you about how to attack this from the right angle. Where do we do it?

Training is specific to you and that includes the venue.

One option is to train in my home studio, or you might prefer to have training in your own home or as many do, actually online so you can be anywhere in the world and still enjoy having your coaching sessions with your trainer. There are SO many options available to you .

Whichever option you choose, it is highly successful, and we can achieve tremendous results.

Our training can be done as a 1:1 session or if you want to have a session as a group of 2/3 we can accommodate this too.
