Training Plans

Simple, effective plans to follow at your own pace. Great if you want clarity and structure without full coaching. This can be for swimming, cycling, running, strength or triathlon. 

Swim Coaching (Pool & Open Water)

Swimming is where most people lose confidence — but it doesn’t have to be. I offer swim coaching in both the pool and open water (lake) to help you feel stronger, more efficient and in control.

We work on:

  • Technique and efficiency
  • Breathing and pacing
  • Open water skills and confidence
  • Race-specific preparation

Whether you’re learning the basics or improving your speed and endurance, I’ll meet you where you are.
