Ok, lets be honest, not everyone is. But, the people who get you, the people who support you genuinely do. So, this brings me to ask the question….
How do you feel if you lose an instagram follower? Or a client? Or a business opportunity? Or a relationship? Our minds can go into overdrive. Asking ourselves what did I do wrong? Reality…. The person hasn’t even thought about you. This is about them and their needs.
Focus on the people who get you. The people who care about you. Work on your own self confidence, self esteem and knowing your own self worth. Stop trying to change yourself to fit in. Just be you. You are enough.
Here are my 5 top tips to help you to work on your own self esteem.
- Celebrate the small stuff.
- Be mindful of your self talk. Keep it honest and positive.
- Recognise your negative beliefs you have about yourself, then challenge them.
- Surround yourself with positive people.
- Do things that you enjoy.
